Glenco Homes, LLC and Glenco Funding, LLC are privately held real estate investment companies based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Glenco companies have been investing in real estate including mortgage notes, deeds of trust, single-family residential homes and residential rentals since 2008.
The Glenco Funding team specializes in seeking out, and buying mortgage notes & trust deeds secured by single-family homes nationwide, including acquisition, workout, and a variety of exit strategies as appropriate on a note-by-note basis. We are a full service note buyer for our own, in-house portfolio. We purchase 1st and 2nd position performing and non-performing loans from a variety of sources including real estate investors, loan originators, servicers, hedge funds and other financial institutions.
